Terms of Service

CaiAI provides an AI API gateway, usage metering, routing controls, API key management, billing tools, and related developer infrastructure. We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or business reasons.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, API keys, and credentials. You must promptly rotate or revoke keys that may have been exposed. You may not share access in a way that bypasses limits, billing, abuse controls, or account restrictions.

You may not use CaiAI for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, spam, credential theft, malware, harassment, privacy violations, attempts to bypass provider safeguards, or activity that violates applicable model provider policies. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that creates legal, payment, security, or platform risk.

Paid usage may be charged through prepaid balance, subscriptions, or other checkout methods shown at purchase. Token usage, route availability, fees, and plan features may vary by model group and region. You are responsible for reviewing checkout details and monitoring usage in your dashboard.

CaiAI routes requests to third-party model providers and related infrastructure. Upstream provider outages, rate limits, model changes, policy restrictions, or pricing changes may affect availability, latency, outputs, and costs.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaiAI and Fluxa Studios are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
