Refunds
Refund Policy
We keep refunds practical: unused balance can be reviewed, consumed API usage is not reversible, and failed or duplicate payments are handled case by case.
Unused prepaid balance
You may contact support to request a refund review for unused prepaid balance. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
Consumed usage
API usage that has already been consumed, routed, metered, or charged by upstream providers is generally non-refundable. This includes completed model requests, token usage, and completed subscription periods.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future renewal where recurring billing is available. Current billing periods are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved because of a service or billing error.
Failed, duplicate, or delayed payments
If a payment was duplicated, failed after capture, delayed by a webhook, or did not correctly credit your account, contact us with the order ID and payment method. We will verify the provider record and correct the account or issue a refund when appropriate.
Abuse and policy violations
Accounts suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal use, or violation of the Terms of Service may be ineligible for refunds except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@caiaiu.com with your account email, order ID, payment method, requested amount, and reason. We usually review requests within 5 business days.
