What usage credits cover

Credits apply to metered AI gateway usage, including model requests, routing, usage analytics, and security controls. Exact model rates, available plans, top-up limits, and payment methods are configured in the Sub2API backend and shown in the authenticated Wallet and Channels screens before purchase.

Checkout identity

Payments should appear as CaiAI by Fluxa Studios or CAIAI on checkout, receipts, and card statements. Product names should use gateway language such as CaiAI API Gateway Credits or CaiAI Developer Gateway Plan.

Built-in controls

Configure scoped keys, rate limits, spend visibility, daily usage windows, and payment limits so production traffic cannot silently run away.

Refunds

Unused prepaid balance may be reviewed for refund eligibility. Consumed API usage and completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy.
