We may collect account details such as email address, username, authentication records, billing records, payment status, API key metadata, usage logs, request metadata, token counts, latency, route identifiers, and support communications.

We use information to authenticate users, provide gateway access, calculate usage, process payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability issues, provide support, improve the service, and comply with legal, tax, security, and payment obligations.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other configured payment processors. CaiAI does not store full card numbers. Payment processors handle payment details according to their own policies.

Gateway logs are used for metering, debugging, security, and abuse prevention. Customers should avoid sending secrets, regulated personal data, or unnecessary sensitive content through model requests unless they have appropriate authorization and safeguards.

We may share limited information with infrastructure vendors, payment processors, analytics or security providers, upstream model providers as needed to route requests, and authorities when legally required.
